We want to illustrate the importance of being at the nexus point of Paradise Valley and Scottsdale, show the flavor of Sonoma and Napa Valley, feel the excitement of an Orlando vacation and make palpable the gravitas of a 90 year old building supporting New York’s first college.
These films will serve as a relief point
from the necessarily technical presentation of the investor meeting. They will invigorate the audience, both in person and online. And like commercials during the super bowl, they will have flashy edits, scripted voiceover, and will be what everyone is talking about at the water cooler on Monday.
A Departure
This is a a departure from previous films. As soon as possible we want to be up to speed with the Madison team on how these deals came to fruition and what makes them unique. Then, we will have the same in-depth conversation with the developer as in the past but now it is strictly informational. Instead of distilling the message from the words of the developer, we will build a script inspired by those conversations.
This is an example of how the voiceover could function.
MAcro to Detail
First we present each location in macro; we will show a wide scenic view of the locale of each property. And progressively move to the micro; fast cuts of the neighborhood, a grand shot of the buildings facade, the fine details that make this project’s execution unique. As our narration reaches the end graphics will highlight the stats that make each investment so appealing to investors.
This is an example of how we can use scale effectively.
